Subcontractor payment documentationProof of every payment to every subcontractor and supplier — including dates, so prompt-payment compliance (15 days) is demonstrable.

Executed lien waiversFrom subcontractors and suppliers, collected as payments finalize — not scrambled for in week six.

Outstanding subcontract notificationsAny subcontract award notifications that weren't already sent to CHRO during the project.

Final SBE/MBE spending summaryActual certified-firm spending against the project's Spending Allocation Goals.
